He has filed "SUIT" with the Infamous Insurance Company Lloyds Of London for refusing to pay him 5 Million Dollars in coverage he purchased in 2005.
The NFL's No 4 ranked all time running back didn't play a single down last season due to an injury in his right knee. He is claiming that due to his injury he is "TOTALLY DISABLED". The injury happed in DEC 2005 while playing a professional football game.
The insurance he purchased was 2 policies effective from Aug 2005 to Aug 2006.
Does this mean Martin has retired un officially Well who knows
